Life has taught me to go after what I want and not to settle for what I’m handed.  I fight for what I want and I fight harder to keep it once I have it.  I’m no stranger to heart ache and betrayal of the vilest type, but it’s these acts of deceitfulness that have made me stronger.  Where most people become jaded and cynical I have earned a better view on life.  I won’t let the actions of a few mar the marvelous possibilities of many.  I’ll give everyone an equal chance but fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me.  It doesn’t take much to ruin my perception of a person but it will take a lot to restore it.  I’m open minded but my heart is closely guarded.  I won’t let just anyone in you have to prove to me that you deserve the right to hold a part of it in your hands.  I am the type of person who almost never stops smiling and I'm told it one of my most attractive features.
